Started on June 20th and Funded by the Government of Canada and the Canadian Red Cross, NCCEEP's Covid- !9 Emergency Response Program included providing free African and Caribbean groceries to the community, as well as tablets with one-on-one lessons to familiarize new users.
NCCEEP also offered online Zoom classes where participants could interact with the instructors and other registered students in real-time, all from the comfort of their own home.

During the 3 month period in which groceries and hot-meal were distributed in Windsor-Essex, 382 people participated in the program, and over 20 communities were reached!
